Friday Social
Friday, August 19th. VFW Hall in Rock Island, 3715 9th St., from 7 p.m. 'til Midnight.
Located about three blocks north of Edison School on 9th St.
Casual, no cover, no reservations, drop in, cash bar, good friends, donations welcome.
Golf Outing
The golf outing was held at the Rock Island Arsenal on Friday, August 19, with tee off times beginning around 8 a.m. Mark Thomson brought in a couple ringers and walked off with the honors.
Saturday Dinner and Dance
Saturday, August 20th. We rented The Rock in Coal Valley again. (map)
Cocktails 6 p.m., Dinner 7 p.m., Dancing 8 p.m. - Midnight
Reunion Photos
We had a pro photographer taking individual and group portraits Saturday night. If you didn't get yours at the Dinner, they're for sale on his web site, Orders and reorders can be placed with credit card, and are delivered to your home. One 8x10 $15; One 5x7 $10; Two 5x7 $15; One 8x10 plus two 5x7 $25.
Reunion Booklet
The current version is available as a .PDF file. The download requires a username and password, which we have just changed, so you'll need to send us a request by email or by the Contact Us page.
Reunion Booklet (rev7)
You can print the booklet on your own printer, or copy the .PDF file onto a thumbdrive or flash card (like the little memory card in you camera) and then take it to an office supply store like Office Max, Kinko's, or Staples. They will print it double-sided with a decent binding for around $8 to $10.
If you really need a Booklet, and can't figure out how to download or print one, contact us using the Contact Us page. We can work something out.

The Web Site
RockyHigh66.org is a private, non-commercial web site run as a free service for all 1966 Rock Island High School graduates. Our mission is to help classmates keep in touch and to operate as a continuing presence for the Reunion Committee.
Keeping Track
Staying in touch is a continuing problem. You get married, move, flee the law, kick the bucket - suddenly you're lost to a whole bunch of people. Our web site is where you can get the latest addresses and doings of anyone in the class - something of an electronic Reunion Booklet.
The Classmate List
The classmate list database was originally compiled from many sources in 1995 for the 30th Year Reunion by Mike McMillan, with tons of help and adult supervision from Jo and Bill Kempf.
It is not a public record and is used only for Class of '66 business, mainly Reunion notifications. We do not sell or otherwise distribute it. The database and contents of this web site are © '66 Reunion Committee. They may not be used for any commercial purpose.
