Gary Brian Mosenfelder, 65, of Boise, Idaho, formerly of Rock Island, died March 10, 2014, at his home.
Funeral services were held in Boise. Memorials may be made to any hospice organization.
Gary was born Oct. 21, 1948, in Moline, a son of John "Jack" and Mary Jane Mosenfelder.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Gary had lived in several areas of the country, settling in Idaho where he loved the Cascade Mountains. He currently was the owner and editor of Retirement Homesites, a magazine featuring homesites for sale.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching football and playing golf.
Survivors include his twin daughters, Kimberly (Randy) Stark, Iberia, Mo., and Kelly Mosenfelder, Chico, Calif.; son, Michael Mosenfelder, Boise; grandchildren, Brian and Catherine Stark, Iberia; mother and stepfather, Mary Jane and Alfred Huber, Rock Island; sisters, Meridith Mosenfelder Lizdas, Geneseo, and Cathy (Michael) Covemaker, Orion; brother, Tim Mosenfelder, Lathrop, Calif; and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack.
