Private services for Marcia Annelle (Hogan) Surra, of East Moline, will be held at Roselawn Memorial Estate. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Esterdahl Mortuary Ltd., 6601 38th Ave., Moline, is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Surra died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002, at Oak Glen Home.
Marcia Hogan was born Sept. 24, 1948, in March Field, Riverside, Calif., the daughter of William and Elayne (Swanson) Hogan. She graduated from Knox College. She was a contract administrator for 12 years at Lockheed, retiring in 1987. For many years, Marcia made her home in California. She loved animals and she traveled extensively.
Memorials may be made to the Quad-City Animal Welfare Center, Make-A-Wish Foundation or a favorite charity.
Survivors include her parents, William and Elayne Hogan; her best friend and uncle, Jim Hogan; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
